My husband Brad and I have eight children, and recently welcomed our fourth grandchild. I have been fortunate to be able stay home with the children all these years while they were young. Now, with the baby being in kindergarten, I have accepted a position at WPC as executive director. I’ve had a passion for life issues as long as I can remember. I have been inspired by countless beautiful pro-life people in my life, and have always wanted to make a difference. Now, at WPC in a powerful prayerful environment I am blessed to work with a beautiful group of dedicated women who pour themselves out for people in difficulty. I am inspired daily by them, by the people we serve and the countless people from our community who shower us with the love and support of the Body of Christ in this shared mission of Life. Blessed beyond measure.
My husband Linus and I have 2 sons, one of whom we adopted. While I was at home raising my sons, I felt called to volunteer in counseling women struggling with making the choice for life. I have always been adamantly pro-life and loved God in all His creation. After 2 years of counseling women through their unplanned pregnancies and with Linus’s blessing, I returned to school to complete graduate studies in clinical psychology. After a time in counseling individuals with mental health and addiction disorders, I stepped away from this field. Following time transitioning my special needs adult son into independent living, I was given an opportunity to return to helping mothers with unplanned pregnancies. I am so incredibly blessed to be in this role. I am surrounded by staff who are devoted to this mission of ministering to women and their unborn children. Their faith and the strength they show to these women sets an example for them to follow. We have incredible volunteers and a very supportive community of many that provide for the needs of the clinic. We pray daily for everyone that has blessed our clinic in so many ways.
